CBT for Adult ADHD
A 3-Month Structured Support Programme with Deirdre Coyne. Helping adults understand and manage ADHD using evidence-based CBT tools and structured support.
Have you recently been diagnosed with ADHD — or begun recognising ADHD patterns in yourself as an adult?
Perhaps you feel:
- • overwhelmed by everyday life
- • emotionally exhausted trying to “keep up”
- • stuck in cycles of procrastination and avoidance
- • frustrated by inconsistency
- • highly capable but unable to sustain routines
- • mentally overloaded and self-critical
- • unsure where to begin after diagnosis
You are not lazy. And you are not failing.
Many adults with ADHD have spent years blaming themselves for difficulties that actually make sense once viewed through an ADHD-informed lens.
This programme offers a calm, supportive and structured space to better understand your ADHD and begin implementing evidence-based CBT strategies in real life.
About The Programme
This is a small-group CBT-informed programme for adults wanting practical support, accountability and understanding around ADHD.
Over 10 sessions across 3 months, we will work together to:
- better understand ADHD patterns
- reduce overwhelm
- improve emotional regulation
- develop more sustainable routines
- explore procrastination and avoidance
- build self-awareness and self-trust
- implement practical CBT tools and strategies
- create greater consistency and structure
This is not a quick-fix productivity course or “life hacks” programme. It is a supportive, psychologically informed approach designed to help adults work more compassionately and effectively with their ADHD.
